How to get a card
You can begin your library card application online by clicking "Get a Library Card" above OR stop at the library and ask at the desk. Be sure to bring your ID and proof of address if the address on your ID is not current. Your library card can be used at any Monarch Library System libraries in Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Washington & Dodge Counties.
If you are under 18 years of age, you will require a parent or guardian signature to complete your application.
